Vince McMahon WWE Biopic Dream Casting

This past week The Hollywood Reporter broke the news of a biopic based on the life of WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon is currently being worked on in a collaboration between TriStar Pictures, Aperture Entertainment, and WWE Studios. The project, titled “Pandemonium,”  already has named the film’s directors, Glenn Ficarra & John Requa (Crazy, Stupid, Love) and are working off a script written by Craig A. Williams, however, no casting has been announced for the film. I thought it would be fun to do a “dream cast” for who I would expect the main players to be involved with the film.

This choice is obviously the most crucial. I was looking for someone who not only could look like Vince from back in the day but also pull of an older looking Vince as well. If anything “Logan” showed Jackman can pull off an aging character tell. Another important aspect to capture is Vince’s physique, which Jackman has been routinely putting on muscle for years now. Why I Love: Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb

Most people who have never seen the film “Dr. Strangelove” usually have a similar response when hearing the title for the first time. It’s usually a mixture of confusion and false assumptions of what the film is actually about. No, it is not some medical drama about a world renown surgeon named Strangelove. It is also not a Marvel movie or a Batman villain.

The film “Dr. Strangelove”, or its full title: “Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love The Bomb”, is undoubtedly one of my favorite films of all time. Released in 1964 and directed by the great Stanley Kubrick, “Strangelove” is one of those modern marvel  that is still completely relevant some 52 years later.
